Aiming at new energy distribution storage, regional energy storage, and shared energy storage power stations, we have launched a liquid-cooled string energy storage converter and booster integrated cabin. The single cabin capacity of this product can reach 5MW and 6MW. Through the flexible module string method, it can achieve a larger capacity expansion to meet the needs of energy storage projects of different scales. In addition, this product has a strong load capacity. The rated power of the string-type 2.5MW, 5MW and other power level cabinets can be increased by 5.6%, which can meet the long-term 115% overload output.

In terms of core technology, the string PCS module adopts three-level technology, the maximum efficiency of the converter can reach 99%, and the overall efficiency of the energy storage system can reach 90%, which significantly improves the energy utilization efficiency. In terms of environmental adaptability, the product can operate stably in an environment of -40℃~+60℃, and can still operate for a long time without derating in an environment of 45℃. This liquid-cooled string energy storage converter and booster integrated cabin not only has excellent performance and technical advantages, but also has a wide range of application scenarios and flexibility, providing strong support for the stable operation of the power system and the efficient use of energy.

Flexible configuration and efficient energy storage

The PCS single module of the energy storage conversion and boosting integrated cabin has a high capacity of 220kW and a strong power conversion capability. Through the precise management of one-to-one battery clusters, each cluster is ensured to operate independently, which improves the battery power utilization rate of each cluster and the charging and discharging capacity by more than 6%. At the same time, the energy storage conversion and boosting integrated cabin can support flexible stringing of 24 and 28 modules, realize diversified capacity specifications of 5MW and 6MW, and meet the needs of different specifications of battery cells in different scenarios. This not only improves the overall performance of the system, but also provides users with a more flexible and efficient energy solution.

The transformer of the energy storage conversion and boosting integrated cabin adopts a double-split structure, which improves the energy utilization efficiency while also improving the stability and reliability of the power system. The string-type PCS adopts a liquid cooling solution design, which can be used in harsh environments such as high wind and sand, high salt fog, etc., to provide customers with more reliable products. At the same time, the PCS using a liquid cooling system has a stronger overload capacity and provides a stronger conversion module for the energy storage system. These characteristics make the product have a wide range of application prospects in the field of energy storage.

The product has powerful functions such as inertia response, damping control, frequency modulation and peak regulation, multi-machine parallel connection, system black start, phase angle mutation tolerance, and strong short-circuit support. In addition, it can also support GOOSE high-speed communication, and can achieve a single-machine full-station communication response of less than 5ms, ensuring fast information transmission and response speed.
